Protecting community health and national security
As a federal contractor, HII must comply with the recent mandate that all employees be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 by December 8, 2021. The company has made significant progress in vaccinating its approximately 25,000 employees in the Newport News location. But with the approaching deadline, HII and its employee health partner, QuadMed, must act quickly to ensure the entire workforce is fully vaccinated.
“HII is committed to protecting the health and safety of its employees, their families and their communities. QuadMed is privileged to help them in this important work,” said Kathryn Quadracci Flores, MD, QuadMed president. “We are asking the local community to join our vaccination team so HII and its employees can continue to serve the nation’s security interests.”
