QuadMed Alcohol & Other Drug Abuse (AODA) Counseling

QuadMed Wisconsin offers eligible Quad employees and covered family members on-site Wisconsin state certified substance abuse counseling services. Services are provided by certified alcohol/drug counselors and are available at all print facilities in Wisconsin (Saratoga Springs, N.Y. and Martinsburg, West Virginia also have on-site AODA counselors).

QuadMed pioneered its on-site recovery program in 1991 in an effort to make recovery from substance abuse as readily available as possible if you or a family member need help. That help is only ONE phone call away. Our motto is "If you have an alcohol or drug problem and you work at Quad/Graphics, it's okay and desirable to get help for the problem."

We also have a VOLUNTEER program (Friends Of Recovery) of Quad employees who have recovered from substance abuse who wear a PATCH on their UNIFORMS depicting a LIGHTHOUSE (meaning hope and direction). These folks are readily available right in the workplace to CONFIDENTIALLY answer any questions you may have about program or about their own personal road to recovery.
