Counseling and coaching program designed to help employees and their family members find solutions to help with personal, relationship or family concerns as well as with alcohol or drug related issues through the AODA (Alcohol and Other Drug Abuse) program.
In 2008 we expanded our EAP by establishing a network of counselors near each of our sites. Any employee, regardless of their location, has access to eight free, confidential counseling sessions. The provider list includes counselors near any of our sites for anyone who would prefer off-site counseling. You'll need to take a copy of the affiliate instructions with you.
