Becoming a Member
If you would like to become a member of a fitness center at Quad/Graphics’ locations, you must meet eligibility guidelines above, and complete a health history questionnaire and a participant release form.
The health history questionnaire identifies any potential risks. If
a health risk is identified, you will be required to obtain a release
from your doctor prior to using the fitness center. Once the questionnaire
and release have been completed, you must have either an equipment
orientation or personal training session. Contact your local fitness
center to set up an appointment. The other requirement of membership
is a one-time $10 towel fee. You may pay by cash or check or have the
amount deducted from your payroll at the time of your orientation or
personal training.
