Education:

• Bachelor of Science in Health, Human Performance and Recreation from the University of Wisconsin - Whitewater.
• Minor in Health Promotion
• American Council on Exercise certified personal trainer
• American Lung Association Freedom From Smoking certified instructor
• First Aid/CPR certified
• PADI certified Scuba Diver

• Quad Fitness Internship
• Coached T-Ball at elementary school level
