Directions:

If you are driving north on Duplainville Road, turn right into the first Quad/Graphics entrance after Green Rd. If you are traveling south on Duplainville Road, turn left into the last Quad entrance (2.5 miles from the intersection of County K and Duplainville Road). You may park in the lot just south of the building- down next to the Fleet Maintenace building. You should not park in any space marked QuadMed patient or Doctor Only. You may end up having to park in the daycare lot, which is across Duplainville Road from the north end of Quad. Enter the building on the far south end through the double glass doors marked Door 5C. Go up the stairs and through the door. The fitness center is located on the right.e fitness center is located on the right.
