The QuadMed Prescription Refill Form is available for use by any customer of the Pharmacy. However, shuttling services are limited to Quad/Graphics employees and dependents and to Quad/Graphics locations only by clicking the graphic to the right, or the “Prescription Refills” link under “Pharmacy”.
