Directions:

From the north or south take Highway 41 to Highway 49/KK. Head west off the exit. Turn right on Industrial Drive, which is before the railroad tracks. From the west take Highway 49/KK and turn left on Industrial Drive, which is after the railroad tracks. As the road veers to the left, the name changes to Badger Road. Quad is located on the right. Turn right immediately after the flag poles and follow the road to park in the QuadMed parking spaces. Enter the building through the main entrance and proceed up the stairs on the left. Turn left and go directly through the glass door. The Rehab department is located inside the fitness center.

• Master of Science from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse, La Crosse, Wisconsin (1997)

• Certified in First Aid and CPR

• Member NATA, GLATA, WATA
