Tim Dickman, President
Tim offers QuadMed more than 30 years of healthcare industry experience, including time as President of Prime Therapeutics, a pharmacy benefit management company in St. Paul, Minn. In his seven years leading that company, Tim was instrumental in growing revenues from $30 million to $1.9 billion and successfully launching the company into the mail-order pharmacy business. 

Prior to joining Prime Therapeutics, Tim was a managing consultant at Tillinghast-Towers Perrin, where he worked with Fortune 100 clients on pharmacy benefits and management, drug formulary strategy and development, and business process. He also held executive-level positions at United Health Care, The Travelers Group, and Vivra, a Fortune 500 company specializing in dialysis services.

Tim holds a B.S. in pharmacy from Purdue University and an MBA from the University of Chicago.

E. Blake Wilkerson, Vice President of Business Development
Blake has extensive experience working with the healthcare industry. Prior to joining QuadMed, he was a principal with the strategy consulting firm Booz & Company in Chicago. As part of Booz's Global Health Practice, he worked with payors and providers, and focused on enterprise strategy and growth. He also consulted with Quad/Graphics on the future direction and vision of QuadMed. 

Previous to that role, Blake was Managing Director in the Strategic Services division of Blue Cross Blue Shield Association. During his career Blake helped raise more than $100 million in investment and development capital for new business ventures. 

He holds a B.A. in economics and psychology from Northwestern University and an MBA with Honors from Columbia University.

Raymond Zastrow, M.D. Chief Medical Officer 
A physician for 25 years, Raymond Zastrow, M.D., oversees a healthcare system with a medical staff of more than 200 employees serving more than 26,000 people.

Before joining QuadMed in 2006, Dr. Ray was vice president of medical affairs for St. Michael Hospital and, before that, served as medical director of informatics for the Wheaton Franciscan System.

After attending Marquette University in Milwaukee, Dr. Ray received his M.D. from the Medical College of Wisconsin in 1983. He completed his family practice residency at the University of South Carolina School of Medicine in 1986, and returned to Milwaukee, where he worked in private practice with Advanced Healthcare.

Dr. Ray — who specializes in medical informatics and helped implement an electronic medical record system at Advanced Healthcare — is also an instructor for the Milwaukee School of Engineering's Master of Science informatics graduate degree program, teaching healthcare decision support.
