We will transform the delivery of health care as a trusted partner to the companies we serve. Together, we will create a culture of health and become our patients’ most cherished benefit.
to help people live better, healthier lives
We provide innovative, high-value health care solutions to companies, improving the health and well-being of the people we serve.
Providing Quality Care
Helping people be healthy is the heart of our company. That means being a partner in our patients' health and wellness journeys. Engaging and empowering them to be active participants in their own care. And going beyond the production model of health care to create true, meaningful relationships between patients and providers.
Being a Trusted Partner
We believe there’s only one way to treat a client’s business — like our own. That dedication drives us to listen to, understand and anticipate their unique needs so we can proactively deliver strategic solutions that benefit their employees and their bottom line.
Excelling Through Teamwork
No matter what we’re working on, you can rest assured we’re doing it together. We embrace diverse points of view because we know that, ultimately, it is our differences that make us stronger. And it is only by recognizing and celebrating each other’s strengths that we can learn, grow, build world-class teams, and have fun along the way.
Embracing Continuous Innovation
By daring each other to think differently, challenging the status quo and embracing risk — and failure — we are constantly seeking better ways to work, from refining the smallest processes to reimagining the very way in which we deliver care.
Walking through QuadMed with coffee in hand, Jeanne makes a point to connect with everyone she passes in the hallway, stops in departments to say hello frequently and always with a smile on her face.
Jeanne came to QuadMed with more than 25 years of health care experience and a passion for the power of relationships, teamwork and service. Before becoming QuadMed’s leader in 2018, she held several executive level positions and most recently served as Northeast/Midwest Regional President of IntegraMed, Inc., a company specializing in fertility services. With a master’s degree in social work, Jeanne is a champion for making behavioral health care services more readily available to those in need.
A hands on leader, Jeanne commenced a tour-de-clients, traveling across the U.S. to meet in person with our health care partners and continues to include this level of executive engagement in company operations. She is hoping to one day partner with a company in wine country and mix a little business with pleasure. Known for incorporating famous quotes into her speeches, we found one that speaks to Jeanne perfectly, “a leader is one who knows the way, goes the way and shows the way."
Here’s lookin’ at David … This Casablanca movie fan possesses more than 30 years of experience in health care, financial management, strategic planning and operations. Previously, David was senior vice president and CFO of Aurora Health Care, Legacy Health and Children’s Health System of Texas.
David has said “while I concentrate on the business, QuadMed as a company cares most about its patients and clients,” which is why he has chosen to be a part of QuadMed since 2016. Before entering the financial world, David had the opportunity to travel to many places as a Peace Corps volunteer. If he didn’t have the passion he does for QuadMed, he’d be splitting his time between warm and sunny Arizona and the natural beauty, snowcapped mountains and deep blue sea of Vancouver.
Since joining QuadMed in 2011, Michelle has established strong client partnerships built on trust, responsiveness and a passion for service excellence. It’s no surprise that she’s an avid runner as she travels coast to coast to support her clients.
Michelle previously worked at Quad overseeing global production and professional-technical recruitment. If she wasn’t sharing her passion for health care with our clients, she would love to live somewhere warm with a beach and have the time to learn how to play golf.
As an experienced clinical operations professional, Stefanie knows what it takes to be the best at QuadMed. With a background in nursing, Stefanie cares for the well-being of others and excels at building and maintaining strong loyal relationships with clients. Previously Stefanie held positions at ProHealth Care before joining QuadMed in 2013.
If she could achieve anything, it would be becoming fluent in other languages and spending more time in her happy place – Nashville – enjoying the atmosphere, music and culture.
Matt grew up as number eight of nine kids, so he has a great appreciation for others; one of the reasons he chose health care for his career. Having more than 25 years of industry experience, Matt joined QuadMed in 2019 as the VP of Business Development. Previously Matt held senior leadership positions in the health care services sector with Baxter Healthcare, Allegiance Healthcare, Cardinal Health and Stericycle.
Matt has said working in health care “provides a sense of purpose. I continue to be drawn to the purpose and passion within health care that is dedicated to improving the health and well-being of others.” In addition to his dedication to promoting healthy living, he enjoys making memories on vacations with his wife and kids.
When it comes to putting your health first, Lori Henley is leading by example. In 2014, Lori’s daughter, Elle, challenged her to become a vegetarian in order to lead a healthier lifestyle.
So when Lori was again challenged by Elle to work for a company that aligned closely with her health driven way of life - QuadMed stood out among the rest. During her interview, it was obvious to Lori that QuadMed was indeed the right place to be because of our dedication to overall patient health and wellness.
Prior to joining our team, Lori held positions at Ministry Health Care and Affinity Health System, and Columbia St. Mary’s. Lori joined QuadMed in 2016 as our chief legal officer and is a member of the Quad legal team.
In 1990, Harry V. Quadracci, the founder of the nation’s largest privately held commercial printing company, Quad/Graphics, had become frustrated. Medical costs for the company’s 9,000 employees were soaring and there were a growing number of complaints about problems with medical claims and the poor quality of medical care his employees were receiving. He was determined to find a more reliable and efficient way to deliver health care to his employees and their families.Harry’s idea was to “cut out the middle-man” by bringing primary care in-house and transforming the company from a purchaser of health insurance to an investor in employee health and wellness. Onsite health care was brought to life, and QuadMed was formed with the first clinic opening in 1991.
