Our Vision
We will transform the delivery of health care as a trusted partner to the companies we serve. Together, we will create a culture of health and become our patients’ most cherished benefit.
One Purpose
to help people live better, healthier lives
Our Mission
We provide innovative, high-value health care solutions to companies, improving the health and well-being of the people we serve.
Our Pillars
-
Providing Quality Care
Helping people be healthy is the heart of our company. That means being a partner in our patients' health and wellness journeys. Engaging and empowering them to be active participants in their own care. And going beyond the production model of health care to create true, meaningful relationships between patients and providers.
-
Being a Trusted Partner
We believe there’s only one way to treat a client’s business — like our own. That dedication drives us to listen to, understand and anticipate their unique needs so we can proactively deliver strategic solutions that benefit their employees and their bottom line.
-
Excelling Through Teamwork
No matter what we’re working on, you can rest assured we’re doing it together. We embrace diverse points of view because we know that, ultimately, it is our differences that make us stronger. And it is only by recognizing and celebrating each other’s strengths that we can learn, grow, build world-class teams, and have fun along the way.
-
Embracing Continuous Innovation
By daring each other to think differently, challenging the status quo and embracing risk — and failure — we are constantly seeking better ways to work, from refining the smallest processes to reimagining the very way in which we deliver care.

With a background in nursing, Stefanie cares for the well-being of others and excels at building and maintaining strong loyal relationships with clients. Previously Stefanie held positions at ProHealth Care before joining QuadMed in 2013.
If she could achieve anything, it would be becoming fluent in other languages and spending more time in her happy place – Nashville – enjoying the atmosphere, music and culture.
Michelle Storbakken
Since joining QuadMed in 2011, Michelle has established strong client partnerships built on trust, responsiveness and a passion for service excellence. It’s no surprise that she’s an avid runner as she travels coast to coast to support her clients.
Michelle previously worked at Quad overseeing global production and professional-technical recruitment. If she wasn’t sharing her passion for health care with our clients, she would love to live somewhere warm with a beach and have the time to learn how to play golf.
Our History
In 1990, Harry V. Quadracci, the founder of the nation’s largest privately held commercial printing company, Quad/Graphics, had become frustrated. Medical costs for the company’s 9,000 employees were soaring and there were a growing number of complaints about problems with medical claims and the poor quality of medical care his employees were receiving. He was determined to find a more reliable and efficient way to deliver health care to his employees and their families.
Harry’s idea was to “cut out the middle-man” by bringing primary care in-house and transforming the company from a purchaser of health insurance to an investor in employee health and wellness. Onsite health care was brought to life, and QuadMed was formed with the first clinic opening in 1991.Quality Accreditations and Certifications
QuadMed is dedicated to maintaining the highest industry standards as demonstrated by our voluntary pursuit of independent, third-party accreditations and certifications. Each one represents our commitment to delivering best in class services and support to our clients.
