Outcomes and impactQuadMed Everywhere was first implemented in July 2023 for one employer client, making virtual primary care available to more than 7,000 eligible health plan members ages 18 and up, including those previously without access to QuadMed health centers. The results have been impressive:
- Increased Access: Nearly 1,000 visits were scheduled in the first year, surpassing utilization goals.
- Stronger Relationships: Following their visit, 1 in 4 patients without a primary care provider chose to establish care with a QuadMed Everywhere doctor.
- Comprehensive Care: 4 out of 5 patients received all needed care from their virtual visit, eliminating the need for additional specialist consultations or in-person visits.
- High Satisfaction: Patient feedback is overwhelmingly positive, with a 95.9% satisfaction score.
- Efficient Care: 77% of appointments were scheduled through MyChart, and 58% of those were for same-day visits.
